We accept both appointments and walk-ins for your convenience.

Applications are available outside my office door when I’m not in. You can fill one out and drop it off, or if I’m in the office, feel free to come in and I’ll assist you with the application.

Once you upload all the necessary information, we’ll work on your application quickly! Approval typically takes anywhere from 5 to 7 days. We’ll keep you in the loop throughout the process!

We offer annual leases with the option for early termination.

You can pay your rent by check, money order, or online.

Flex allows you to schedule your monthly payment into two smaller payments, giving you greater financial flexibility. Full monthly rent payments are provided to the property by Flex on the 1st. Sign up is available directly in your RentCafe resident portal and is reviewed for approval by Flex. Flex charges a monthly membership fee based on the amount of the credit line that is approved. The monthly membership fee is up to $14.99. A bill payment fee of 1% of your total rent is also charged, additional card processing fees apply when using a credit card.
 

While renter's insurance is not required, we highly recommend it for your protection.

Water, sewer, and trash are included in your rent.

I will provide you with a meter number. Take it, along with your lease, to the electric association, and they will assist you in setting up your utilities.
